EngageTime scales to events of all sizes. It works for a small meetup of 10 people or a large conference with 500+ attendees. In fact, there’s no hard participant limit, so you don’t have to worry about outgrowing the platform as your event grows.

Is EngageTime free to try?

Yes, during the current beta, all features are free to use. We want you to experience the full benefits at no cost while we polish the product. (Future pricing will be designed to be affordable for events of all sizes and independent speakers, so it will remain accessible even after beta.)
